Description

Bennett Capital Group is looking for a dedicated File Clerk to join our team in Kitchener. This full-time on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates to gain valuable experience in the real estate and mortgage industry.

As a File Clerk you will play a crucial role in maintaining and organizing our documentation ensuring that all files are accurate and easily accessible. You will work closely with various departments to support administrative tasks and contribute to the efficient operation of our office. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $20 - $30 along with a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of documents
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all files and records
  • Retrieve and deliver documents as requested by staff
  • Perform data entry and update records as necessary
  • Support team members with administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with other clerical duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office Google Workspace)
