About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Team Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across a busy project and corporate environment. This role involves managing day-to-day office coordination scheduling documentation reporting and stakeholder communication contributing to the smooth functioning of project operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate office tasks including procurement supplies and catering
Assist with document control formatting distribution and revisions
Support meeting coordination diary planning and scheduling
Prepare correspondence presentations reports and project materials
Maintain accurate records and document management systems
Manage travel bookings accommodation and logistics
Assist with invoice processing expenses and purchase requisitions
Provide quality customer service to internal teams and external stakeholders
Assist team members with internal systems tools and programs
Organise team events and support workplace culture initiatives
Handle confidential information appropriately
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
Certificate IIIV in Business Administration or similar
12 years experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems
Basic knowledge of administrative and document management procedures
Strong communication organisation and time-management skills
Professional proactive and able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
