About the Role
Our client is seeking an exceptional Travel Support / Admin Specialist (French) to provide meticulous administrative support to their Travel Consultants. You will play a vital role in maintaining accuracy and safeguarding quality behind the scenes ensuring every travel itinerary is prepared to the highest standard.
What Youll Do
- Respond to lead-warming enquiries
- Prepare accurate quotes
- Confirm services with suppliers
- Upload cross-check and reconcile invoices against costings
- Create supplier payment tasks
- Prepare final travel documents and vouchers
- Assist with restaurant activities and day-tour bookings
- Proactively identify and flag potential itinerary or documentation oversights
- Fulfill emergency phone responsibilities on a rotational basis
- Complete product knowledge training
- Attend supplier presentations
What Were Looking For
- National Senior Certificate / Matric
- Fluency in French (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Sales Administrative role within the Tourism sector
- Based in Cape Town
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
