About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Internal Sales professional to support their sales and procurement function. This role focuses on sourcing accurate pricing preparing high-quality quotes coordinating with suppliers and supporting Account Managers with day-to-day sales administration.
The Internal Sales role plays a key part in ensuring fast turnaround times smooth communication and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Liaison

  • Source hardware and software pricing and availability from suppliers

  • Maintain strong communication and follow-ups to ensure up-to-date information

Quoting

  • Prepare accurate professional quotes within 24 hours

  • Maintain quote templates and documentation for efficiency and accuracy

Sales & Account Manager Support

  • Assist Account Managers with day-to-day sales coordination

  • Support pricing product sourcing and administrative tasks

  • Ensure reliable information flow to help drive sales conversions

Client Communication Support

  • Deliver quotes and follow-ups to clients professionally

  • Ensure consistent and timely communication across all channels (email phone WhatsApp)

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong follow-up and coordination abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software products

  • Understanding of sales processes and internal workflows

  • Experience with quoting tools and CRM systems

  • Knowledge of supplier interaction and price-sourcing methods

Experience Requirements

  • 12 years experience in internal sales sales support or sales administration (IT industry preferred)

  • Experience working with suppliers sourcing pricing or preparing quotes

  • Previous exposure to quoting platforms or CRM systems
