CORPORATE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

IMPACT ON BUSINESS:

To provide superior maintenance service to Bealls Corporate Office Facilities (2 Campuses).
Extensive interaction withSr Manager of Corporate Services Corporate Associates Corporate Management Mailroom Associates Loss Prevention etc.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Functions:

Maintain and repair all corporate equipment including air conditioning electrical plumbing etc.
Maintain and keep organized Maintenance Storeroom and equipment including Cargo Van
Inspect A/C units to determine need for unit replacement.
Add and replace corporate equipment and lighting when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned. (Painting Desk or Office Equipment moves etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on company needs.
Must have a valid Florida Drivers license.
Electrical and air conditioning experience is required.
Fluent in English. Bi-Lingual a plus.
Must have adequate vision speech hearing and physical ability to perform essential job functions with
or without reasonable accommodations.
Must have full body rotation and movement.
Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds with little or no difficulty.
Must work with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Must be able to climb a 16 ft. ladder.
