Department

• Accurately inputs data into databases and identifies errors promptly. (50%)
• Answers Department phone lines in a timely courteous manner and routes calls appropriately or takes accurate messages (15%)
• Maintains records and files which supports database. (15%)
• Processes requests for records and files (15%)
• Prepares invoices as needed. (5%)

• High School Diploma or GED Required

• 1-3 years clerical or administrative experience Required and

• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Telephone and computer and system skills.
• Organization and communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate professional work behavior by following guidelines established by policies and procedures.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems within limits of established policies procedures or instructions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of word processing and data entry systems.
• Proficient in the Learning Management System Cornerstone
• Proficient in Sharepoint.
