About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Secondary. Leadership experience within a secondary school setting is essential and experience with A Level and IGCSE programmes is highly desirable.

You will inspire your team to set ambitious academic and pastoral targets implement innovative teaching and learning strategies and drive continuous improvement in student outcomes. About you

With the ability to lead a school culture where there are no limits to what can be achieved you will have a university degree in your specialist subject a teaching qualification and substantial leadership and teaching experience within a secondary school setting.
