About the role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Secondary. Leadership experience within a secondary school setting is essential and experience with A Level and IGCSE programmes is highly desirable.
Join our fast-paced international environment where you will lead the delivery of the UK National Curriculum IGCSE and A Level programmes across the Secondary School. You will inspire your team to set ambitious academic and pastoral targets implement innovative teaching and learning strategies and drive continuous improvement in student outcomes. As a visible and supportive leader you will cultivate a strong sense of community and high expectations among staff and students alike.
About you
With the ability to lead a school culture where there are no limits to what can be achieved you will have a university degree in your specialist subject a teaching qualification and substantial leadership and teaching experience within a secondary school setting. Receptive to feedback and ready to embrace change you will be eager to drive whole-school improvement and share best practices with colleagues and peers.
As a strong ambassador for the school you will develop innovative strategies to engage students staff and parents while also strengthening connections with the wider Nord Anglia Education community. Your strong leadership motivation and communication skills will foster a culture of energy excitement and high expectations across the Secondary School. You will also be able to meet visa-related requirements for Malaysia.
