Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation review control and distribution of QMS documents including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other technical documents.
  • Organize catalog and maintain the departments files and the Documentation Center up to date ensuring traceability and record integrity.
  • Assist in the review and updating of product and raw material data specifications.
  • Support the management and monitoring of Change Control Quality Deviations (Nonconformances) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) processes.
  • Assist in the use of investigation and root cause analysis tools (such as 5 Whys 5W2H Ishikawa/Fishbone/6M Diagram).
  • Lead the review and investigation of Consumer Complaints and lead communication with the manufacturing area.
  • Support the analysis of batch and finished product documentation to enable the release of finished products for sale.
  • Perform follow-up and maintain the Third-Party Qualification process by requesting documentation evaluating the quality system and monitoring performance.
  • Assist in maintaining the companys Training Matrix.
  • Deliver or support the delivery of internal trainings related to Good Practices (GMP/GLP/GDP) and New Employee Onboarding.
  • Contribute to planning and logistical support for internal and external audits (regulatory agencies customers) organizing and presenting the required evidence.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a Quality culture within the factory with a visible presence on the shop floor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Chemistry Chemical Engineering or related areas.

  • Previous experience in the Quality area.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and good manufacturing practices.

  • Skill with quality management and data analysis tools.

  • Ability to work in a team and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Intermediate or advanced English (writing and communication).

  • Intermediate knowledge of the Office Suite/Google Suite.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ - $ USD

Pay is determined based on experience qualifications and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses profit-sharing and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision basic life insurance paid parental leave disability coverage and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employees hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
