District Manager (f/m/d) for Hungary & Romania

In your sales area of Hungary and Romaniayou are the link between your team our national service center and our concessions will also collaborate with an employment agency in Romania that is responsible for 30 employees.
Your tasks:
- You independently and remotely lead and coordinate a team of around 10 beeline employees in Hungary.
- You will coordinate the work of about 30 employees contracted by the agency in Romania
- With the help of our experienced recruitment team you will recruit new and motivated employees to represent beelines image in working with our concessionaires.
- With your strong communication skills you will maintain relationships with our business partners.
- You optimize sales costs and point of addition you will be responsible for area and product range design and profitability control.
- You will monitor inventory and actively participate in Visual Merchandising development.
- You maintain a strategic overview of your area and ensure a smooth process flow.
Your profile:
- You are located in Hungarypreferably near the Romanian border
- You speak English at a communicative level at least.
- You have already gained 3 years of professional experience as a store manager area manager district manager or in a comparable position preferably in retail.
- You have completed commercial training or a business degree.
- You have at least 2 years of management experience you are familiar with hiring employee discussions and terminations.
- You have mastered the use of the MS Office package.
- You have a drivers license and willingness to travel
