Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Automation Manager with over 10 years of experience in automation testing framework design and team leadership within the healthcare technology domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Python and C# API testing automation tools such as Ranorex and deep understanding of CI/CD processes. This role requires both strategic thinking and technical proficiency to lead the development of robust automation frameworks and drive continuous improvement in test practices across multiple teams and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the automation team setting goals defining priorities and ensuring successful delivery of automation initiatives.
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks using Python C# and Ranorex.
- Collaborate with product development QA and DevOps teams to align automation strategies with overall business goals and technical roadmaps.
- Drive the adoption of BDD frameworks like SpecFlow or Behave and ensure alignment with agile testing methodologies.
- Evaluate and implement best practices tools and technologies to ensure effective and efficient automation practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers at all levels promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are upheld in all testing practices especially within the healthcare domain.
- Monitor and report on key automation metrics and continuously improve coverage stability and performance of automated tests.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10 years of experience in automation testing with a strong focus on framework design and development.
- Proven expertise in Python and C# for test automation.
- Extensive experience with Ranorex API testing and BDD frameworks (SpecFlow Behave etc.).
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines DevOps collaboration and Git-based version control.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing automation teams and driving technical strategy.
- Excellent communication project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry with knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
