Purpose: To creatively manage the facilitys inquiry and admission process and provide customers with facility-related information via tours personal visits conversations and follow up. Develop and maintain relationships utilizing Millers Health Systems selling process to increase referrals.
Essential Functions:
- Establish and maintain relationships with physicians discharge planners attorneys insurance agents community leaders senior organizations and any other appropriate interest group that may be capable of providing referrals.
- Conduct marketing presentations to interest groups such as Kiwanis Rotary Ministerial Association AARP etc. to educate the general public about the services offered.
- Process all inquiry calls from hospitals physicians families and prospective residents. Ensure that all inquiries receive timely and appropriate follow up.
- Develop a continual and ongoing Marketing Plan with the assistance of the Executive Director and other management staff.
- Train and coordinate appropriate staff to serve as back up in the above functions when the marketing director is unavailable. Work closely with all department heads to always promote our community in the best possible manner.
- Monitor inquiry admission and census trends as part of the sales tracking system. Prepare the Monthly Inquiry Summary Report inquiry log and other reports as required. Monitor all active and inactive inquiries. Complete and submit sales tracking reports to the Executive Director and/or Corporate Marketing Regional in a timely manner.
- Maintain a database of contacts and community resources.
- Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of facility materials such as brochures press releases advertisements etc.
- Provide all necessary information about prospective residents to the RSD so a timely and accurate assessment can be completed.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director/Administrator.
Qualifications :
- Degree in business marketing or event planning preferred.
- Previous experience sales/marketing and formal event planning training preferred.
- Previous experience in health care community relations preferred.
- Must be comfortable conducting marketing presentations to groups within the community.
- Understanding of advertising with basic knowledge of the design and production process of collateral materials.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility of scheduling
- Computer literate.
- Customer service focused.
