Job Summary
Position: LPN - Home Health
Position Summary
Were seeking a licensed LPN who is compassionate organized and skilled in home care nursing to join our team. This role requires strong multitasking organizational skills and excellent customer service. At Argus Home Health Care we value positive energetic client-focused professionals.
Responsibilities
- Plan implement and evaluate nursing care.
- Assist RNs with specialized procedures.
- Provide care per plan of care and agency policy.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition.
- Document each visit thoroughly.
- Teach clients appropriate self-care techniques.
Qualifications :
Position Qualifications:
- Current Colorado LPN or LVN License required.
- One year nursing experience in home health preferred
- Valid Drivers License & clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
