Job Summary
You keep our development workflow running smoothly: guiding stand-ups driving sprints aligning priorities and ensuring the team delivers with quality and clarity.
You work side-by-side with our Lead Developer. Together you will form the backbone of our technical operation balancing innovation with execution long-term architecture with day-to-day product development.
What You Will Work On
- Lead daily workflow: stand-ups sprints retros
- Build and maintain PHP & WordPress-based platforms
- Improve performance reliability and maintainability
- Implement new features integrations and automations
- Collaborate with design product and editorial teams
- Support DevOps workflows and AWS infrastructure
- Mentor team members and improve development standards
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- 10 years of software development experience
- Strong PHP WordPress Git/GitHub knowledge
- Experience with AWS containers & cloud architectures
- Familiarity with Keycloak authentication flows and identity management (nice to have)
- Strong communicator who enjoys coordinating and aligning communicating with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Structured mindset: planning clarity and process focus
- Proactive improvement-driven collaborative
