What this job involves

The Sustainability Analyst will join JLLs Sustainability Data and Reporting team to support data management platform compliance and reporting functions with a focus on producing BI solutions. Working across our global client portfolio youll deliver data management services reporting and advice in a high performance outcomes driven team. The goal is to enable data-informed business decisions through insightful analytics that demonstrate measurable ROI and improved client outcomes.

The position requires collaboration across internal global business lines including JLLs Client Account Technology and Operations teams to maintain high quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements to develop data models and dashboards

Design and develop data visualizations and reports using Power BI

Work with the team to support dashboard development and centralized data model utilization

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven insights

Develop and maintain documentation for Power BI solutions

Support the CORE D&R analyst to maintain and refresh BI solutions

Understanding business requirements

Partner with the business to create Business Intelligence products using Power Automate and Power BI

Optimize reporting portfolio to minimize break-fixes and improve performance

Create test and iterate prototypes

Ensure best practices across client reporting including process documentation

Translate complex requirements into effective business solutions with constant client communication

Follow iterative design processes with regular feedback and business engagement

Actively participate in internal and external BI communities for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
