What this job involves

The Analyst will join JLLs Analytics Services team to support data management platform compliance and reporting functions with a focus on producing data models analytics and visualisations. Supporting a broad range of large strategic clients the analyst will transform complex data into meaningful insights empowering stakeholders to make informed data-driven decisions. The goal is to enable data-informed business decisions through insightful analytics that demonstrate measurable ROI and improved client outcomes.

The position requires collaboration across internal global business lines including JLLs Client Account Technology and Operations teams to maintain high quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

Gather and analyse business requirements to develop solutions and insights for Clients and Business lines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven insights
Design and develop solutions and POC data models visualizations and reports using tools like Power BI or Python.
Work with the wider team to support development of solutions leveraging the product team BI CoE and analyst teams.
Provide ad hoc analysis and support to other teams leveraging technical skills.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation for developed solutions.

Understanding business requirements:

Partner with the business to create Business Intelligence solutions leveraging Python Power Automate and Power BI
Create test and iterate prototypes and proof of concepts
Ensure best practices across client reporting including process documentation
Translate complex requirements into effective business solutions with constant client communication
Follow iterative design processes with regular feedback and business engagement
Actively participate in internal and external BI communities for continuous learning and knowledge sharing

Desirable Knowledge & Capabilities:

Strong knowledge of data visualisation and analytical techniques.
Proven examples of having utilised power BI or Python to develop innovative solutions to complex requirements.
Demonstrates an ability to learn new techniques and tools as and when identified. For example predictive modelling.
Communication - Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written) strong understanding of analytic/statistical concepts with the ability to explain them to others.
Strategic Thinking - Ability to think broadly create a shared vision and embrace change as an opportunity.
Experience of agile project management methodology is desirable.

Technical Skills:

Development experience in Power BI or Python
Strong understanding of Excel
Interest in developing AI knowledge
