Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager (m/f/d) to join our Supply Data Solutions team. In this role you will be transforming complex supply data into a unified ecosystem of decision-making products. You will work alongside data scientists and engineers to build solutions that replace gut-feel choices with data-driven pricing demand forecasting and inventory strategies.

Your focus will be on solving complex business problems not just building features. Youll work with business stakeholders to go beyond their initial requests from their challenges to the root causes. Youll translate these insights into a clear product vision defining goals and success metrics.

Your work will directly impact how our Pricing & Steering and Inventory Management teams operate driving measurable business outcomes across the company.

 

What you will do

  • Work directly with business stakeholders to understand their core problems and business goals not just their requested features. This includes challenging their assumptions and helping them define what success looks like.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to break down abstract business challenges into a defined product vision MVPs and iterative delivery plans.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and business teams simplifying complex technical concepts and data insights making them understandable for stakeholders. Youll also translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Define tasks create concepts and write tickets in collaboration with your development team to deliver prototypes and solutions that address underlying issues and continuously deliver value.
  • Drive the product roadmap ensuring that individual solutions align with our holistic vision of a unified supply ecosystem.

 

Who you are

Technical Skills:

  • min. 2 years of practical experience with product management
  • Technical Background: You have a solid understanding of technology and can effectively communicate with engineers and data scientists.
  • You have experience using data to answer questions and validate solutions with a strong analytical and efficiency-focused approach.
  • Youre experienced in analyzing complex business processes and can derive new or improved technical solutions from them.
  • You have a proven track record of managing and challenging stakeholders to define real problems and align on measurable business goals.
  • A working knowledge of SQL is a big plus.

 

Soft Skills: 

  • Excellent communication skills in English are essential. You can articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Youre a self-starter who looks for opportunities to improve processes and add value without being asked.
  • You have a strong business sense particularly within the supply chain domain.
  • You have a strong hands-on and proactive mindset
  • You are a collaborative and supportive team member who brings a positive and proactive energy to your team.
