THE POSITION:

Lead and manage all site operations to ensure smooth efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Foster a positive professional and performance-driven team culture.
Ensure full compliance with company health safety and security standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and residents by managing expectations proactively.
Oversee budgets with expertise in food costing and labour budgets.

THE PERSON:

A proven leader with experience overseeing medium to large sites ideally within villages hotels or broader hospitality environments.
Someone with a solid understanding of both culinary and cleaning operations and the ability to bring teams together across these areas.
Commercially minded with confidence in financial reporting and a strong awareness of contractual requirements.
A skilled communicator who builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
A proactive problem-solver with strong negotiation and decision-making abilities and the capacity to stay calm and think clearly under pressure.
