Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer the Group Head of Digital will lead the design development and optimisation of JAGs digital ecosystem across four countries. You will have the opportunity to shape best-in-class digital experiences drive real business transformation enhance MarTech capability and optimise digital performance to fuel customer growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of a new HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platform including new automated end-to-end customer journeys
- Manage the existing customer data platform and MailChimp customer communications strategy.
- Oversee the onboarding and management of our new digital development agency ensuring high-quality delivery for all Storyblok website enhancements.
- Leverage and optimise GA4 reporting to build cross-domain tracking and deliver meaningful ROI-focused insights.
- Manage any in-house paid digital marketing activities including occasional tactical social campaigns.
- Maintain and optimise our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform for easy access and operational efficiency.
- Deliver actionable digital insights reporting and analysis to the Executive team.
- Build a skilled supportive and high-performing team.
- Manage digital and MarTech budgets including monthly budget vs. actual reporting.

- Advanced digital marketing and analytics expertise with proven ability to tag track measure and optimise performance
- Demonstrated experience leading or implementing a CRM that improves operational efficiency and campaign outcomes
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations
- A strong understanding of digital design principles and how they influence UX/UI and customer engagement
- Forward-thinking problem-solving skills with a knack for identifying opportunities and solving challenges
- A results-oriented leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing teams
- Extensive experience with MarTech tools such as:
GA4 Google Ads Google Analytics GTM
HubSpot / CRM platforms
