About the role
The position is primarily responsible for service delivery and Client management of our Aviation business in Queensland. You will be part of an enthusiastic committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Overall management of service delivery to our Queensland Aviation sector Clients. This will include regular regional travel within Queensland and Northern NSW.
Ensuring compliance with aviation security regulations
Identifying and converting revenue growth opportunities with existing Clients and assisting with identifying new Client leads.
Building and maintaining strong relationships within your team and stakeholders.
Drive cost efficiencies within the Client profile.
Construction and preparation of monthly and quarterly Clientele reporting
Skills & experience
Prior aviation security industry experience and working knowledge of aviation security regulations and standards
Exposure/understanding in aviation rostering
Extensive experience in leadership and team management
Business development experience
Previous experience dealing with Industrial Relations and Industry Awards/Agreements
Proven experience dealing with client contracts and/or tender submissions including financial acumen.
Certificate II or higher in Security operations (Desirable)
Current QLD Security Licence (Desirable)
Current Drivers Licence
Current ASIC or ability to obtain
