- Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through to detailed design including assessing local conditions and providing rate breakdowns (material labor plant and productivity);
- Deliver and present updated costs plans at appropriate design milestones;
- Review proposed design changes/new technologies and prepare estimates within the appropriate accuracy levels;
- Understand design stages and estimating levels;
- Provide feasibility studies;
- Perform value engineering;
- Prepare cash commit forecasts for the entire construction lifecycle;
- Analyze labor markets and other cost drivers including unions and taxes;
- Prepare monthly presentations for Petitioners Clients;
- Utilize Estimating and Building Information Modeling (BIM) Software; and
- Perform benchmarking integration to ensure accurate data capture.

SALARY RANGE: $162000.00 to $172000.00/year

Qualifications :
Requires a Bachelors degree in Construction Management and 4 years of experience in job offered or 4 years of experience in the Related Occupation.
