- Oversee cost planning estimating and commercial activities across project phases on large scale/complex projects.
- Develop and maintain cost plans from concept through detailed design including rate breakdowns and milestone estimates.
- Guide value engineering risk mitigation and commercial decision-making to align with project goals and client expectations.
- Manage post-contract processes including change control claims evaluation and final account settlements.
- Prepare clear commercially focused cost reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure value for money and cost efficiency.
- Conduct feasibility studies and lifecycle cost forecasting to support early-stage project decisions.
- Drive implementation of cost management best practices systems and standards across the organization.
