Position Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will focus on expanding our title and escrow business throughout Sugar Land and the surrounding Fort Bend County markets. This role is responsible for building new client relationships nurturing existing partnerships and driving revenue growth by promoting our escrow services. You will work closely with our Escrow Officers to ensure our clientsreal estate agents lenders builders and investorsreceive exceptional service throughout the closing process.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Generate new business opportunities within Sugar Land Missouri City Richmond Rosenberg Katy and surrounding areas.
Build and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and brand presence.
Conduct office visits client meetings networking events and presentations to promote title and escrow services.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.
Collaboration with Escrow Officers
Partner with Escrow Officers to ensure a seamless client experience from contract to closing.
Communicate client needs preferences and feedback to escrow teams to facilitate continuous improvement.
Promote the strengths and specialties of individual Escrow Officers in targeted client segments.
Assist in resolving client concerns and reinforcing long-term relationships.
Client Relationship Management
Strengthen ongoing relationships with real estate agents lenders builders investors attorneys and other referral partners in the Sugar Land market.
Provide exceptional customer service frequent follow-ups and value-added support.
Host educational sessions CE classes and workshops to support partner growth.
Use CRM tools to track leads activity and results.
Marketing & Brand Presence
Represent the company at local real estate associations community events Chamber of Commerce events and industry gatherings.
Support marketing initiatives including social media outreach email campaigns and promotional materials.
Uphold a professional positive presence that reflects well on the company brand.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in business development sales or account managementpreferably in title escrow mortgage or real estate.
Strong understanding of local real estate processes or a willingness to learn quickly.
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with Escrow Officers and internal teams.
Self-driven organized and comfortable managing a flexible schedule.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for local travel.
Preferred Qualifications
Existing relationships with Sugar Land/Fort Bend County real estate agents and lenders.
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
Knowledge of Texas title insurance regulations and closing procedures.
