About the role
Based in Singapore the Marketing Strategy Manager is responsible for:
Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition retention and brand growth.
Leverage market insights and customer behaviour to create innovative marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Apply and embody our Heartist philosophy in all marketing initiatives.
Create personalised and impactful campaigns that resonate with diverse traveller personas and subscription tiers.
Strengthen Accor Plus brand position as a leader in the hospitality industry through effective strategy and execution.
About You
Our ideal candidate will be:
Analytical marketer: Strong background in interpreting customer data travel trends and competitor activity to uncover actionable insights.
Audiencefirst strategist: Skilled in segmentation and persona development tailoring campaigns to different traveler types and subscription tiers.
Performancedriven planner: Experienced in building marketing frameworks that enable acquisition and retention teams to execute efficiently and measure impact.
Crossfunctional collaborator: Adept at partnering with product sales and customer success teams to align marketing with launches feedback loops and customer journey improvements.
Metricsfocused operator: Comfortable managing budgets while tracking KPIs such as acquisition cost retention rates and campaign ROI to continuously optimize strategies.
