About the role

Based in Singapore the Marketing Strategy Manager is responsible for:

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition retention and brand growth.

  • Leverage market insights and customer behaviour to create innovative marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Apply and embody our Heartist philosophy in all marketing initiatives.

  • Create personalised and impactful campaigns that resonate with diverse traveller personas and subscription tiers.

  • Strengthen Accor Plus brand position as a leader in the hospitality industry through effective strategy and execution.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be:

  • Analytical marketer: Strong background in interpreting customer data travel trends and competitor activity to uncover actionable insights.

  • Audiencefirst strategist: Skilled in segmentation and persona development tailoring campaigns to different traveler types and subscription tiers.

  • Performancedriven planner: Experienced in building marketing frameworks that enable acquisition and retention teams to execute efficiently and measure impact.

  • Crossfunctional collaborator: Adept at partnering with product sales and customer success teams to align marketing with launches feedback loops and customer journey improvements.

  • Metricsfocused operator: Comfortable managing budgets while tracking KPIs such as acquisition cost retention rates and campaign ROI to continuously optimize strategies.
