About the role

Based in Singapore the Director of Explorer will be responsible for:

  • Lead and oversee Accor Plus Explorer subscription membership offering to ensure seamless engaging and high-value member experiences.

  • Drive member growth and retention through effective strategy execution and continuous optimisation.

  • Align the Explorer programme with global loyalty initiatives to support Accor Plus strategic objectives.

  • Foster innovation in customer engagement continuously enhancing member value and satisfaction.

  • Contribute to business growth by elevating the overall membership experience.

  • Shape the future direction of Accor Plus membership offerings through strong leadership and strategic vision.

  • Embody Heartist philosophy by championing exceptional experiences for all members.

 About You

Our ideal candidate will be:

  • Strategic product leader: Proven experience defining and owning product vision and roadmaps ideally in subscription or loyalty programs with the ability to align strategy to broader corporate goals.

  • Customercentric innovator: Deep understanding of customer insights and travel industry trends able to design experiences that drive engagement loyalty and retention.

  • Digital product expertise: Strong background in leading development of digital tools UX/UI optimization and personalization features to enhance member journeys.

  • Commercial and partnership acumen: Skilled in negotiating and managing partnerships designing benefit structures and pricing models and collaborating with marketing to deliver exclusive offers.

  • Datadriven operator: Comfortable with analytics KPIs (conversion retention NPS) and using data to refine offerings reduce churn and ensure commercial success.
