This mission is pursued through strategic partnerships focused on two primary areas: the protection of nature and the protection of youth emotional well-being. We collaborate with organizations such as Super Chill and War Child to help youth build mental resilience and creating awareness for this rising issue.
Purpose of the job
The Head of Program will lead the strategy and execution of the emotional wellbeing pillar of Profit Pledge. Goal is to reach maximum impact through strategic partnerships program innovation global advocacy and creating systemic change. Our north star is to establish the Rituals Profit Pledge with its mission of re-connecting to human nature as the thought-leader in creating impact for the wellbeing of people & planet with the emotional wellbeing pillar as a key strategic contributor.
Key activities and results of the job
Strategy & Impact
- Develop and continuously refine the mental health strategy of Profit Pledge ensuring maximum impact in improving emotional wellbeing for youth globally
Partnership Management
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners.
- Identify and onboard new partners aligned with our vision.
- Support partners in scaling their programs and strategies internationally through cooperations and partnerships
- Execute impact measurement financial monitoring and due diligence of all partners to maximize the impact of our sponsorships
Thought leadership / systemic change
- Global Mental Health coalition: Lead Rituals role in co-developing and executing a first-of-its-kind global awareness campaign with UNICEF and Global Mental Health coalition partners.
- In cooperation with Executive Director Impact create & execute thought leadership strategy on emotional wellbeing for youth
Spans of influence:
- Externally: always up to date and connected to networks & industry developments recognizing needs opportunities and policy developments which will influence our strategy and make us thought leader and recognized partner in the mental health support field.
- Internally: expertise research and data from this role will influence strategy and sponsorship decisions of Profit Pledge.
Qualifications :

- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Relationship builder with cultural sensitivity and empathy.
- Innovative and collaborative able to navigate complex environments.
- Strong communicator and influencer at senior levels.
- Out of the box thinker & do-er: motivated by finding new solutions striving to do things differently than have been done before.
Knowledge expertise and experience
- Expertise in emotional wellbeing / mental health programs.
- Proven experience in cross-industry partnerships and coalition management.
- Strong background in impact measurement and strategic program leadership.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Years of relevant work experience required
- 10 years of work experience in field of mental health / emotional wellbeing.
- Experience in the NGO sector is desirable but not mandatory.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Positivity flexibility obsessed by cost people and simplicity.
