Job Summary
Work Packages responsible for Piping material and Pipe Support material:
- Review supplier documentation perform quality review and track document progress
- Support construction and commissioning select pipe material and weight estimate
- Create new pipe classes maintain existing and select pipe material based on process requirements
- Prepare technical specifications for Pipe Material Pipe Supports and support for Piping Detail Engineering.
- Prepare piping strength calculation and pipe support details and criteria.
- Manage suppliers throughout the project including reviewing all supplier documentation.
Qualifications :
- Very good product and system knowledge i.e. expertise in piping materials codes and standards (ASME / EN) prefabrication cleaning erection quality assurance (workshop and erection) including pressure test
- 5 years of experience in piping design of heavy industrial plants power plants or Oil and Gas plant
- Knowledge of 3D design tools and CAE tools (e.g. COMOS)
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Good problem-solving communication and coordination capabilities
