POSITION: Solutions SME - Software/Integrations SIS APAC
Were looking for an experienced candidate for Pre-sales Software Integration and IT to become part of our Solutions team and help integrate and commission our software solution for our rapidly-growing customer base on a global basis. The role will be responsible for designing required interfaces and integrating them with customer systems along with Pre-sales and support. As the SME for SW & Integration you will be responsible for designing and defining the IT setup (network security firewalls remote access etc.) and discuss and plan additional development with Product Owner Solution Architect and Delivery Manager to drive implementations remotely as well as on-site with customers in manufacturing distribution and retail addition the range of tasks is extended by leading the integration with customers systems - starting from analysis of the systems to integrate designing and aligning the data exchange and breaking it down leading to a detailed interface communication plan.
Responsibilities:
- On a daily basis in this hybrid commercial and technical role you will provide Software expertise during pre-sales and deployment phases of a project for our rapidly-growing customer base from initial conceptualizing to integrating our software solutions products into our customers systems.
- Working together with our presales market development delivery solution engineering and product development teams you will kickstart the technical conversations and relationships with our customers / prospects to identify design and communicate solutions to meet their business needs.
- Design develop and implement RFID solutions tailored to the specific need of the customer.
- In depth understanding and hands on the RFID products and AD Software solutions and managing technical discussion with the customer IT team.
- Serve as technical expert on RFID Solutions and provide advice to internal team and customers.
- Analyze customers IT software landscape and design/define required interfaces and their integration with customer systems
- Design and define IT setup from an infrastructure perspective (network segmentation and topology security firewall settings remote access possibilities etc.)
- Work with the Pre-sales team to design the IT Architecture and interfaces required for new project requirements.
- Work closely with the Global product team Support team and delivery manager for any new product development/improvement.
- Participate in System Integration testing along with the customer IT team.
- Design the data exchange architecture from/to customers systems (which systems are sending and receiving data for which purpose which methods are used etc.).
- Prepare and get sign-off for Technical design document interface design other technical document and work closely with the solution architect for building the Solution design document.
- Standardize and templatize the SW design integration process and documentation as required
- Develop additional interface communication/data exchange SW components if needed
- If required travel to customer sites around APAC for site survey and/or commissioning activities.
- Provide documentation of SW design and integration to internal product and support teams
- Manage and resolve Level 2 support tickets for AD Software as and when assigned.
Your Background:
- Experience in software development in a cloud-based environment ideally combined with a Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent
- In-depth understanding of working with RFID or IoT or equivalent data capture devices and necessary interfaces
- Technical expertise with hosting platforms (Azure AWS GCP are a nice to have)
- Knowledge on Data security application security and cyber security as required for deploying large enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with API design and implementation
- Must have implemented integration of enterprise applications like SAP Microsoft dynamics with 3rd party applications.
- Software development with C# / Core / Angular as well as database technologies (SQL / MS-SQL) are your cherry on the top

- At least 8 years of Software Industry Experience with knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Qualifications :
Required: Bachelors degree in Engineering Electronics and Telecommunications Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Preferred: Masters degree in Engineering Management Information Systems or an MBA.
