Job Summary
Position Overview
We are hiring for the position of Project Control/Planner for multiple upcoming projects across Pan India. This role involves managing project schedules budgets and progress to ensure the successful delivery of aviation terminal building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and manage project budgets ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and update risk registers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate regular project review meetings to address issues and updates.
- Work closely with project managers engineers and contractors to ensure alignment.
- Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors in Engineering Project Management or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project planning and control.
- Proficiency in Primavera MS Project and other planning tools.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Additional Information :
- Certification in Project Planning and Control.
- Experience in aviation terminal building projects.
