Only for candidates with Customer Success and Account Management experience in Japan and excellent fluency in the Japanese language.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success client management project management experience working in Japan and exceptional fluency in spoken and written Japanese. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing Japanese customers for us and ensuring excellent product & service delivery to them from the India office.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 to 8 yrs of relevant customer success account management experience of IT projects in Japan or for a Japanese customer.
- Must have a deep understanding of Japanese business culture and practices.
- Excellent fluency in spoken and written Japanese (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven excellent leadership & team managing skills Customers and deliveries.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines and milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Conduct regular project meetings to track progress identify and resolve issues and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Foster strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Education / Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Certification in the Japanese language is preferred.
