Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - ITWPSIntune Specialist

We areseekinga highly skilled andThe Intune Specialistresponsible for managing application lifecycle activities across the enterprise focusing on Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager) application packaging deployment compliance and end-user device optimization. This role ensures secure compliant and consistent delivery of applications and policies across Windows macOS and mobileplatforms

Responsibilities

Manage and administer Microsoft Intune including device enrollment configuration profiles compliance policies and conditional access.

Oversee application deployment updates and retirements via Intune for Windows macOS iOS and Android devices.

Configure andmaintaindevice security baselines endpoint protection and encryption policies.

Perform troubleshooting for Intune Azure AD join/Autopilot issues and device compliance failures.

Device Management & Support

Manage device lifecycle activities including provisioning Autopilot deployments policy assignments and OS updates.

Collaborate with desktop engineering teams to standardize device configurations andoptimizeuser experience.

Support compliance audits and generate reports for security application inventory and configuration drift.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Security Infrastructure Desktop Engineering and ServiceDesk teams to ensure seamless rollout of applications and policies.

Provide technical documentation SOPs and knowledge transfer to operational teams.

Participate in major IT projects (OS migrations endpoint security enhancements application rollouts).

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Relevant years of experience in Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Manager administration.

Strong knowledge of Azure AD Autopilot Conditional Access and device compliance.

Proficiencyin PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.

Experience with endpoint management tools like SCCM JAMF or other MDM solutions (good to have).

Understanding ofWindows OS internals registry services and application dependencies.

Strong analytical documentation and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have

Experience with macOS packaging or JAMF.

Familiarity with cloud-based PC environments (Azure Virtual Desktop Cloud PC).

Exposure tosecurity tools like Defender for Endpoint BitLocker or compliance frameworks.

Industry certifications: MD-102 MS-101 AZ-104 ITIL or similar.

ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)

Strong leadership and team facilitation abilities

Excellent time management and task prioritization

Focused on driving continuous improvement and automation

Collaborative transparent and proactive communicator

Ability to balance technical depth with business context

Device enrollment configuration and compliance policies.

Application deployment (Win32 MSI MSIX mobile apps).

Conditional access and security policy enforcement.

User and group management.

Integration with Intune for device and app management.

Conditional Access policies.

Windows 10/11 configuration and troubleshooting.

Patch management updates and servicing.

Device provisioning and enrollment (Autopilot).

iOS Android device enrollment and policy enforcement.

Application protection policies and data loss prevention.

Script-based automation for Intune tasks.

Reporting remediation and device management automation.

Antivirus BitLocker and Endpoint Protection.

Monitoring compliance and remediating non-compliant devices.

Intune reports logs and analytics.
