Senior ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant with a proven track record in the SaaS domain. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow solutions and a strong ability to articulate value propositions to clients. This is a full-time formal role requiring a professional and confident demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-sales efforts for ServiceNow solutions engaging with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to specific client needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to define effective solution strategies and contribute to proposal development.
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow platform capabilities best practices and implementation methodologies.
- Articulate the business value and ROI of ServiceNow solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations within the ServiceNow ecosystem and the broader SaaS market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and workshops to gather detailed requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical responses to RFPs and RFIs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 18 years of experience in pre-sales with a significant focus on ServiceNow.
- Demonstrated expertise in the ServiceNow platform including its various modules and functionalities.
- Strong understanding of SaaS principles and go-to-market strategies.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in developing and delivering impactful product demonstrations and presentations.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and consultative skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
