Job Summary

Avista provide a range of support services that seek to enable individuals with an Intellectual Disability to develop valued roles in their community and hold active citizenship in their community . Its My life provides an individual support service within Avista. The Its My Life team currently have an opening for a community connector. This is a wonderful opportunity to join our team. We are looking for candidates who are committed to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families in an individualised community based socially inclusive manner in accordance with our core values and ethos and underpinned by quality innovative best practice and research.

PERMANENT PART- TIME CONTRACT (10HPW)

Salary: 34036 - 47454(LSI)

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

Its My Life Individualised Supports are recruiting a Community Connector in the Dublin 15 area. The successful applicant will work with supported persons on an individual basis to explore new opportunities make connections based on the persons interests and support the persons ability to self-direct their life.
