Main Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Manage recruitment support requests from relevant stakeholders including panel report submissions and assessment creation.
- Assist with and contribute to recruitment-focused projects and associated deliverables.
- Provide support for sourcing and outreach-related processes as necessary.
- Manage candidate communication and answering candidates questions.
Continuous learning and process improvement
- Initiate and/or manage process improvement projects and initiatives to deliver greater efficiency and/or effectiveness particularly using digitalisation and/or automation.
- Pro-actively suggest improvements to existing recruitment processes workflows and working methods when applicable.
- Adopt a continuous learning approach about evolving corporate systems and procedures and other relevant recruitment tools.
- Keep abreast of the relevant HR rules pertaining to assigned workflows.
Qualifications :
Ideal Candidate Profile
Academic Background
- University degree preferably with training in human resource management.
Professional Background
- Professional experience working with recruitment support.
- Experience in candidate sourcing and outreach would be an advantage. Experience in Human Resource management in an international organisation or international private-sector setting would be an advantage.
- Proven experience working with different stakeholders and strong skills in client relationship management.
- Good knowledge and understanding of human resources (HR) management policies procedures and practices or the ability and willingness to acquire this knowledge rapidly.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including solid drafting skills.
Tools
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPointPower BI) including strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables graphs etc.).
- Knowledge of HR recruitment software would be an advantage (i.e. SmartRecruiters Maki or other Application Tracking Systems (ATS)).
Languages
- Fluency in one of the two OECD official languages (English and French) and knowledge of the other with a commitment to reach a good working level.
