Territory and Outlet Management

• Coverage of defined database. Complete all calls allocated to individual territory.
• Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner. The administration and development of designated area.

Customer Service and Relationship Building

• Build great relationships in every call by providing first-class customer service so all opportunities can be exploited.

Stock and Display Management

• Availability Influence orders to ensure Red Bull SKUs are in stock and on display at all times.
• Ensure that stock levels necessary to ensure continuous availability of Red Bull products to the consumer in all covered outlets are maintained at all times.
• Implementation of Perfect Store standards.
• Secure and (where possible improve) the agreed in-store presence of the Red Bull brand.
• Placement of POS ensure POS is correctly sited and up to date in all outlets visited.

Promotional and Compliance Management

• Promotional Compliance ensure agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day.
• Implementation of Head Office agreements ensure the implementation and execution of these agreements.

Administrative Duties

• Administration complete all necessary admin monthly on time and accurately.

Qualifications :

University Degree

Valid drivers licence

Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.

Good selling skills: communication negotiation and objection handling skills

Clear understanding of Off Premise channel (retail impulse non traditional).

Has commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial maths.

Has a basic knowledge of MS Office  (Word Excel Power Point) and preferably mobile Field Force automation
