Your new role
As our Project & Office Support Coordinator you will play a central role in supporting the daily operations and smooth functioning of Ramboll Management Consulting Belgium. You will be the go-to person for our team helping ensure that our projects processes and people are supported to operate smoothly and effectively.
You will coordinate activities across our department assist in tender and recruitment processes maintain documentation and support the management teamincluding our Managing Directorwith organisational and administrative tasks. You will also contribute to internal events onboarding and training activities helping to strengthen collaboration and team spirit in our vibrant Brussels office.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Coordinating tender and project support activities including research document preparation and maintaining team documentation.
- Managing the departments resource overview and supporting planning of staffing and internal activities.
- Organising management meetings department meetings internal training sessions and team events.
- Supporting recruitment processes including application screening interview coordination and onboarding of new colleagues.
- Overseeing the office environment and handling relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Acting as a trusted partner to the management team providing administrative and organisational support including ad hoc tasks.
This is a part-time position and the specific working schedule will be agreed during the recruitment process.

You will likely bring:
- A relevant academic background and experience in a similar support coordination or administrative role ideally within consulting or professional services.
- Strong organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with sound judgement.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook) and the ability to produce well-structured high-quality documents and presentations.
- Excellent communication and language skills in English and French and/or Dutch paired with a proactive service-minded and collaborative mindset.
- A high level of professionalism integrity discretion.
