Job Summary
1. Kitchen & cleaning duties:
Maintain cleanliness in kitchen preparation and storage areas; operate dishwashing machines; follow deep-cleaning schedules and proper waste disposal procedures.
2. Stock & equipment handling:
Assist with receiving sorting and storing stock; ensure equipment is clean sanitized and properly maintained; report maintenance needs.
3. Food prep support:
Help prepare ingredients and staff meals as directed; support chefs during service; follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working in a hotel or restaurant environment at a managerial level
- Relevant food preparation and service knowledge
This is a hands-on physically demanding role requiring energy and resilience. Candidates must be comfortable with standing for long periods lifting equipment and working in a fast-paced environment.
