Marsh McLennan has an exciting opportunity for a GRADUATE to join our Advisoty Team in ourOffice in Puerto Madero - Buenos Aires Argentina.

We will count on you to:
Understand client risks and support Senior colleagues in advising clients on insurance strategy solutions.
Contribute with new ideas to improve Marshs approach with its clients.
Conduct market researches build sales presentations and developing sales proposals for prospects.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify evaluate and negotiate insurance carrier coverage policies to meet client needs.
Support commercial teams in biddings and renewals.
What you need to have:
Successfully graduated from a BA or BS.
Fluent in both English and Spanish. Third language is a plus.
Excel proficiency.
Excellent communication skills.
Growth mindset.
Eager to learn from a different industry than what youre normally used to.
