Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing this individual will lead the strategic recruitment efforts for all Graduate Programs at the Dominican University of California. The Director is responsible for managing and leading a Graduate counseling team coordinating the development of an annual graduate recruitment plan organizing and implementing recruitment strategies developing program-specific communication plans working with marketing to develop targeted advertising campaigns and representing Dominican in the community. The Director works collaboratively with deans faculty program directors academic advisors Director of Undergraduate Admissions & Admissions Operations admissions operations financial aid and the VP of Enrollment Management & Marketing to set and meet annual enrollment goals for new students.

Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree.
Experience developing community and business outreach programs. Experience with Slate software or other admissions/student information systems.
