Job Summary

Specialist-Flavour Panelist responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility as appropriate
Applies the highest quality standard in all areas of responsibility
Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
Demonstrates strong client service skills teamwork and collaboration
Proactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivity
Meets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration
Regular attendance and punctuality
Perform a variety of sample preparations for flavour panel
Schedule panellists using Outlook and maintain professional communication via phone and email
Prepare product samples; manage consumable inventory; manage labware and paperwork
Purchase supplies and perform P-card reconciliation
Communicates effectively with client staff members
Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
Performs other duties as assigned
Adheres to highest quality standards; ensures compliance with quality system requirements
Communicates effectively with client staff members and co-workers

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate would possess:

Strong computer scientific and organizational skills
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team self-motivation adaptability and a positive attitude
Ability to learn new techniques perform multiple tasks simultaneously keep accurate records follow instructions and comply with company policies
At least one year of relevant experience;

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Food Science Sensory Science Market Research Statistics or related science required. 2-4 years relevant experience
Bachelors Sensory Science Market Research Statistics or related science required. 0-2 years relevant experience
Must be able to work on client site

Additional Information :

Position is full-time Monday - Friday 8am to 5 pm
Ability to work overtime as required.
Tasks require repetitive motion and standing for long periods of time.
May be required to respond to off-shift operational issues.
Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Winston-Salem NC are encouraged to apply.
