Early Childhood Teacher The Learning Experience Byron Center
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
Location: The Learning Experience Byron Center MI
- Create and maintain a safe nurturing and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum supporting social emotional cognitive and physical development.
- Partner with co-teachers to deliver lessons guide classroom routines and maintain structure.
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and progress updates.
- Observe document and support individual learning goals.
- Ensure compliance with Michigan childcare licensing safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with center leadership to uphold program excellence and classroom consistency.
- High school diploma or GED required; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred.
- At least 6 months of childcare or preschool classroom experience (1 year preferred).
- Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training available).
- Dependable enthusiastic and passionate about early childhood education.
- Competitive hourly pay: $16$18/hr
