MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves handling inbound calls booking appointments and making outbound calls of up to 200 per day. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
Schedule and book appointments accurately
Make outbound follow-up calls
Maintain clear and professional communication
Utilize computer systems to enter and update customer information
Provide knowledgeable support (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional grammar and typing accuracy
Professional phone etiquette
Reliable computer and multitasking skills
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required
