Job Summary

The RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Analytics Engineer will use advanced analytics and data engineering to make the healthcare revenue cycle operations better. This job requires working closely with operational leaders internal stakeholders and data engineering teams to provide useful insights and strong data solutions.

Main Duties:

As the Data Steward you are in charge of making sure that data is correct keeping metadata up to date controlling access and making sure that the reporting library is safe.

Keep an eye on the quality of the data and make automated self-service tools to make analytics workflows more efficient.

Work with senior leaders and analysts to figure out what the business needs make data models and check that ETL and ELT processes are working correctly especially when it comes to systems like SSMS and Azure Data bricks.

Write code that speeds up preprocessing make business intelligence visualizations (like Power BI) and give useful suggestions.

Use tools like Data bricks SQL Python Excel and Power BI to help with ad hoc analysis.

Requirements:

At least three years of experience turning complicated data into useful business intelligence.

You should know how to use SQL and be familiar with data warehousing tools like SSMS and Data bricks.

Demonstrated experience in creating data models and visualizations preferably with Power BI.

Good at writing Python scripts and knowing the best ways to do ETL testing deployment and documentation.

Experience with or a willingness to learn about healthcare RCM data such as billing processes.

Excellent communication skills to explain technical ideas to both technical and non-technical people.

Data bricks Certified Data Analyst Associate and Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate are the certifications you should have.

Pay and Benefits:

The salary range is between $85000 and $100000 a year and you can get an annual discretionary bonus.
