Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our onsite team in Bahria Town Phase 7 Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with lead generation outreach campaigns and sales enablement tools.
Key Responsibilities

Plan execute and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead generation and sales.

Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools.

Create and manage cold email sequences with high deliverability and open rates.

Monitor campaign performance (open rates CTRs replies) and optimize accordingly.

Coordinate with sales and business development teams to align outreach strategies.

Maintain and clean email lists to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Requirements

Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.

Strong understanding of cold emailing strategies and email deliverability.

Ability to write personalized conversion-focused email copy.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
