About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to plan execute and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement retention and conversions. The ideal candidate is data-driven creative and highly skilled in automation tools segmentation and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for product launches promotions and retention workflows.
- Manage end-to-end email production: list segmentation content creation design coordination QA and deployment.
- Build automated email sequences including welcome flows abandoned cart re-engagement and upsell campaigns.
- Monitor key email KPIs: open rate CTR conversion rate bounce rate unsubscribe rate and revenue contribution.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines templates send times and audience segments.
- Collaborate with content design and product teams to create high-performing email content.
- Maintain and grow email lists while ensuring compliance with GDPR CAN-SPAM and best practices.
- Conduct regular performance reporting and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Ensure responsive visually appealing email designs across all devices and clients.
- Conduct competitor research to stay updated with email marketing trends and benchmarks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- 24 years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of email marketing tools (Klaviyo Mailchimp HubSpot ActiveCampaign etc.).
- Expertise in automation flows segmentation and personalization.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for editing email templates (bonus).
- Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on engagement and conversion.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign results.
- Experience in eCommerce SaaS Fintech or Digital Marketing agency (preferred).
