| Job Purpose | This role will be primarily responsible for managing Digital Team expectations on Mobile communications ecosystem and also managing end-to-end delivery of all promotional service and transactional communications across multiple channels including Notifications SMS WhatsApp and E-mail for both batch and real-time journeys. The role will also contribute to the architecture development and delivery of internal AdTech and MarTech platforms. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Defining project milestone and drive partner/development teams to ensure delivery on time. Monitoring and working on issue resolution by partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders Adhering to all Infosec compliance & regulatory guidelines and making sure that every platform is meeting these directives Responsible for Delivery schedule Change process management Project Monitoring and Status Reporting Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure delivery of the agreed solutions Test new builds for all scenarios & production outcomes On-time invoice reconciliation of invoices from various vendors and making sure that the payments are released adhering to the contractual terms Participate in new vendor qualification process and vendor platform evaluation and recommend cost effective and efficient platform options Come up with innovative ideas that can be presented in LRS and AOP to qualification Ability to manage a team of 3-4 FTEs |

| Required Qualifications and Experience | a)Qualifications Min. Qualification required is Graduation Exceptional communication skills Good negotiation skills b)Work Experience Relevant work experience of 8 to 12 Years. c)Skills: Communication Platforms (Notification SMS RCS WhatsApp E-Mail) Domain Knowledge. Exceptional knowledge on CleverTap or similar platforms. Data Lake & Data Warehouse Databricks TRAI & RBI Guidelines with respect to customer communications Data Privacy Compliance and Security Practices Good to Have Omni-Channel experience (SMS Email WhatsApp RCS WhatsApp GoogleAds etc.) |
