Job Summary:

Were seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday HCM implementations configurations and integrations. Youll work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Workday HCM solutions for clients
Develop and deploy integrations using Workday Studio and EIB
Create custom reports and dashboards using Workdays reporting tools
Provide training and support to end-users
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and functionality
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Manage project timelines and deliverables
Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and best practices

Required Skills:

2-5 years of experience in Workday HCM consulting or implementations
Workday HCM certification (or equivalent experience)
Strong knowledge of Workday modules including Core HCM Recruiting and Compensation
Experience with Workday Studio EIB and integrations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Workday Payroll and Benefits
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC
Strong understanding of data integration and reporting tools
