- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring timelines
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn referrals job portals and networking
- Screen assess and present high-quality candidate slates
- Manage offer processes negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate data and compliance within Workday ATS
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring skill sets
- Provide market insights and hiring recommendations
- Ensure adherence to compliance and governance standards
- Support diversity hiring initiatives and campus hiring programs
- Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Support background verification (BGV) and joining formalities
Required Skills & Qualifications - 5 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experiences
- Strong sourcing expertise across tech and non-tech roles
- Hands-on Workday ATS experience
- Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
