Job Summary
A boutique professional services firm offering business consulting and corporate advisory services to local and international clients is seeking to hire an accountant.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling a portfolio of clients on a daily basis and dealing with all their accounting affairs
- Dealing with VAT VIES and tax compliance matters
- Collecting information and preparing an audit file
- Co-ordinating the preparation and filing of financial statements and tax returns
- Liaising with the companys auditors in completing a companys statutory audit
- Review a companys financial statements and tax returns for accuracy and compliance with IFRSs and tax laws
- Review a companys business activities in the course of internal risk assessment
- Correspondence and communication with clients in respect to the above on a daily basis
The profile of the ideal candidate
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Strong computer skills
- Good communication organisational supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of commitment and responsibility
- Good command of the Greek and English languages
Remuneration
Based on the candidates qualifications and experience. The expected range is between 1500 and 2500 gross per month.
Plus 13th salary.
After one year of employment the candidate will be eligible to participate in a bonus scheme and a provident fund program.
Working hours are:
- Mon - Thu:8:00-13:00 14:30-17:30
- Fri 8:00 -13:00
