About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic NDIS Services Team Lead to join our passionate team at Endeavour Foundation. This pivotal role ensures the delivery of high-quality enabling services for the people we support as well as leading a team of NDIS coordinators and rostering officers. Reporting to the Operations Manager of Client Services youll play a key role in reshaping service delivery to create better client experiences for the future.

Responsibilities:

• Guide a team to drive quality assurance compliance and exceptional service.
• Implement workforce optimisation and financial strategies that align with our mission and deliver sustainable results.
• Be the go-to expert coaching and sharing knowledge across the organisation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and business strategies that enhance the end-to-end client experience.

About you:

• Tertiary qualification in business community services or a related field (desirable).
• Experience working within National Disability Insurance Agency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and relevant applications ensuring professional and timely completion of tasks.
• Willingness to obtain a current National Criminal History check Yellow Card and Blue Card.
• Solid experience in leading high-performing teams with a working knowledge of the NDIS (preferably with a focus on SIL).
