Description
WHO WE ARE:
Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with two facilities located in Bedford PA and another facility located in Seguin TX. We produce over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment made in the USA! This position would be on second shift Monday - Thursday 3:35 p.m. - 2:05 a.m. with over time on Fridays when needed. We do a shift differential of a $1.00 for 2nd shift.
WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING:
- Interpreting specifications and blueprints accurately
- Welding components for production jobs
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
WHATS IN IT FOR YOU:
Our starting wage is $21.50 to $28.00 per hour based on experience. We offer the opportunity for wage increases every six months until you reach our top rate. Thats for everyoneit doesnt matter what your specific job is. if youre a top performer you can get to top performer pay!
