Role description:
At Arcadis-IBI we looking for Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives deliver high-impact outcomes and drive operational excellence across mobility programmes and projects. The role is responsible for business
growth client engagement solution innovation and end-to-end delivery oversight. It involves steering multi-disciplinary teams fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals while consistently achieving performance quality and commercial targets.
Role accountabilities:
Lead planning and execution of projects/programs to ensure on-time quality and
cost-efficient delivery.
Drive innovation and solution development aligned with business strategy and client
needs.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Support strategic pursuits through proposal inputs solution articulation and
presentations.
Lead and guide cross-functional teams ensuring accountability and performance.
Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
Promote process improvements and digital transformation opportunities.
Anticipate and manage risks ensuring alignment with governance and compliance
standards.
Mentor and develop team members for capability enhancement.
Represent the business unit in key strategic and client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering Planning Management or Business.
1015 years of experience in mobility/transport/urban infrastructure smart city or
technology - ITS projects.
Prior experience in project/program management strategy operations or solution
development roles.
Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering innovative
data-driven solutions.
